"Good prices and no checkout shock :)"
I was surprised the prices were as fair as they were. I compared a few other places first, and this one didn’t feel super marked up or anything. Shipping was shown clearly too, so there wasn’t that annoying surprise at checkout. Overall, I’m happy with what I paid :)

I’ll give RoboCough credit for being really easy to dose. There’s no messy measuring or guessing, which makes it quick and simple to keep track of. That convenience is the main reason I’ve kept using it. That said, after my recent experience, I do feel like an apology would be the right thing to do.

"Tasted better than I expected"
I’ll be honest, I was fully expecting this to taste terrible. A lot of companies make stuff sound “smooth” or “refreshing” in that super polished marketing way, and I usually don’t trust that at all.

The flavor is definitely strong, kind of sweet at first with a little bitterness after, but it wasn’t bad. I didn’t get any weird aftertaste hanging around, which was a nice surprise.

Shipping was normal and nothing to complain about, but the taste is really what stood out to me. I’d buy it again.

I ordered from RoboCough the shipping cost was fair. Checkout was straightforward and there weren’t any random surprise fees tacked on at the end, which I really appreciated. Simple, easy, no drama. Then suddenly, wow, why can’t every site make it this painless?

I’ve ordered from robocough.com a couple of times now, and I’ve been happy with the overall experience. The prices feel fair, and I didn’t get that feeling like I was paying more than I should, which I’ve definitely had with other sites. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it was reasonable, and everything showed up packed well and in good shape. Overall, it gave me confidence ordering from them again, and for the price, I’d say it’s a solid choice.

My order from robocough.com arrived in good shape. The box wasn’t all dented up or anything, and everything inside was sealed properly, so no complaints there.
There was maybe a bit more filler paper than needed for such a small order, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was fine and I’d give it 4 stars

"Super easy checkout!!!"
5 stars from me!! Paying on robocough.com was really simple and didn’t take forever, which I appreciated... I liked that they had a few different payment options too, so I could just pick whatever was easiest for me!!! The checkout was clear, no weird extra steps, no confusion, nothing annoying. "Tablets are bigger than I thought"
My order showed up fine, so no issues there, but the tablets are bigger than I expected. They’re not impossible to swallow, just kind of annoying if you already don’t like taking pills. I also tried asking about the size beforehand and got transferred around, which was frustrating and didn’t really help. I wish the site had a clearer picture or comparison for the tablet size. Overall it’s okay, but nothing amazing...

I really wanted this to work better than it did. Some nights it seemed to help a bit, but other times I barely noticed a difference. Kind of disappointing because I was hoping for more consistent results.

Had a issue with my order, but support took care of the refund and replacement good. It did take a bit of back and forth, nothing too crazy though, and in the end it got fixed. I’d probably use them again

"Easy to check the ingredients"
I really liked that the ingredient list was easy to find and actually simple to read, which made shopping a lot less stressful. I do wish there had been a little more detail on a few of the ingredients, but overall it was super helpful and saved me from having to guess before buying
